tier-1 & tier-2 resolution
Triage and resolution — password resets, account provisioning and deprovisioning, common software issues, and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
help desk extension / windhoek, utc+2
Mundeva is a Namibian IT support delivery team that plugs into your existing PSA / RMM and works tier-1 and tier-2 alongside your own desk — during your business day, on our normal daytime shift.
new company, stated plainly — no client list yet.
what we have is a founder personally accountable for your account,
and a working day that lines up with yours.
We don't ask you to adopt our tooling, migrate a queue, or change how your technicians work. We work in your ticketing system, to your process, under your brand.
Triage and resolution — password resets, account provisioning and deprovisioning, common software issues, and basic connectivity troubleshooting.
The tickets and calls your in-house team can't reach during peak, and the hours after they go home. Capacity that absorbs a spike instead of queuing it.
ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, Syncro and similar. Your systems, your workflows, your data — switching cost close to zero, nothing to rip out if it doesn't work.
We are deliberately narrow while we're new. We don't sell tier-3 or engineering-level support, security operations / SOC services, or anything needing specialist certification beyond general IT support. Those may come later. We would rather tell you the edge of our scope now than discover it together in month one.
Namibia sits at UTC+2 — full overlap with European business hours and a workable overlap with the US East Coast afternoon and evening.
Covering European hours out of Manila or Bangalore means running a permanent night shift, with the attrition and fatigue that come with it. Here it's simply the working day. That's a structural property of the map, not a claim about anyone's people.
English is Namibia's official language and the medium of instruction from primary school through university. Our hires work in English, rather than in a second language learned for the job.
Namibian universities graduate several hundred computing and informatics students a year into a market with effectively no domestic BPO or MSP-support sector. We aren't competing with an established local industry for them, so we select rather than settle.
The available pool already holds CompTIA A+ and Network+. We set those as a hiring baseline instead of training people up from zero — certified technicians and graduates, not general contact-centre staff.
Most MSPs who have outsourced before describe the same failure: becoming one account among hundreds, three management layers from anyone who can change anything. At our size that isn't possible.
Our co-founder runs delivery and is personally accountable for quality and security on your account. You raise a problem with him, not with a queue.
We hire and train against contracted volume rather than keeping idle staff waiting to be sold. The team is assembled around your actual coverage requirement once we understand it.
Priced as allocated coverage rather than a per-ticket meter, so your cost is predictable and the people working your queue stay the same people. Rates are discussed on the call, against your actual scope.
Coverage hours, ramp-up and start dates are set by the founders against real capacity, in writing, before you commit. We would rather lose a deal than agree to a date we can't hold.
An MSP help desk holds privileged access to every client underneath it. That is the real objection to offshore support, and it deserves a better answer than a compliance logo. Our delivery model was designed by the security professional who co-founded the company — and he is the one who will answer your questions about it, on the call, himself.
Answered here instead, because you'll ask them anyway and we'd rather you knew before booking.
We hire and train against contracted volume rather than keeping a bench sitting idle, so the honest answer is that the team is built around your coverage requirement once we know what it is.
We recruit against a CompTIA A+ and Network+ and computer-science-graduate baseline, so these are certified technicians and university graduates rather than general call-centre staff. Our founder will walk you through ramp-up on the call. We won't quote you a headcount we don't have.
This one we deliberately don't answer in marketing copy. It's the question that matters most, and it deserves a real conversation about your environment, your access model and your obligations — not a paragraph written to reassure everyone at once.
Our co-founder built our security approach personally and will take you through it directly, including the parts that are still being built out.
Then you've solved for capacity, and this is a different conversation — one about whether responsiveness, accountability and security posture are where you want them, not about filling a gap.
Worth a call if any of that is rubbing. Not worth one if it's working.
Not at the bottom, and we won't pretend otherwise. We will lose a straight race to the cheapest offshore rate and we're not entering it.
What we're offering is quality at a competitive cost: a certified, English-first team working your own business hours with direct founder accountability. Rates are quoted against your actual scope on the call, in your currency.
A Namibia-based delivery team that we hire and train directly — not subcontracted, not resold to a third party — with the founders personally accountable for quality and security on every account.
A small, accountable, security-literate team. Not a large anonymous one.
A working conversation about your queue, your stack and where the pressure actually is — with the founder who'd run the account.
